What is a virtual office

A virtual office usually means a company's registered office address while you work somewhere else: from home, another city or abroad. The company registers a real registered office in the Register of Legal Entities, and the property owner consents to it.

Lithuanian law has no separate “virtual office” term. What matters is not the name but three things: the owner's consent, a real address and a person who receives your mail. D14. provides all three.

Our address is Didžioji g. 14 in Vilnius Old Town. We log every item with its arrival time and notify you in the portal; from the Standard plan we scan it too.

You need a registered address for the incorporation documents. We prepare the consent in one working day and help with formation from €150.

Working from home

The Register of Legal Entities is public. With D14. it shows our address, not your home.

Owners abroad

The whole process is online and bilingual: application, ID check, contract and mail in the portal.

Changing address

We prepare the documents and file the request with the Centre of Registers. The service costs €80 + VAT.
